Who will be cleaning my home?

At Denise’s Cleaning Services, we take great care in selecting, training, and preparing each member of our team. Rest assured, you’re welcoming the most exceptional housekeeping experts into your home.

What should I do before Denise's Cleaning Services arrives?

Oh, don’t worry about a thing – that’s what you hire us for! However, for the most efficient clean, it would be wonderful if you could tidy up any toys, clothing, or clutter before we arrive. Also, please ensure your furry friends have a comfy spot away from the hustle and bustle.

Do I need to provide your team with my own cleaning equipment or supplies?

No need at all! We come fully equipped with everything needed to leave your home sparkling. And once we’re done, we’ll whisk away all our supplies and gear. 

If you have a preference to use your own equipment and cleaning supplies, please let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

What if I need to reschedule a clean?

Life happens, and we totally understand! If you need to reschedule your cleaning appointment, just give us a heads-up at least 3 business days before, and we’ll do our utmost to find a new time that works for you.

If it’s less than 3 business days’ notice, or we’re unable to access your home, Denise’s Cleaning Services will need to charge you the total cost of your cleaning.

When rescheduling or canceling your cleaning, please reach out to Denise’s Cleaning Service directly.

Can pets be home during a cleaning?

Absolutely! We’re big animal lovers here. However, if your pet tends to be a bit feisty, we kindly ask that you keep them in a safe, gated area to ensure everyone’s safety.

If you won’t be home during our visit, just let us know how to best work around your furry companions.

Does your staff accept tips?

Yes, our hardworking staff members are more than welcome to accept tips. Your kindness is truly appreciated!
